Help / Guide
A practical guide to the main tabs, privacy settings, Dom/sub features, games, and common terms.
Getting started
Chastity Tracker lets you track lock sessions, orgasms, tease and denial activity, games, and optional Dom/sub management.
- Use Sessions to start, view, manage, or end lock sessions.
- Use Orgasms / T&D to log full orgasms, ruined orgasms, milking, Dom orgasms, and tease and denial entries.
- Use Profile to edit your account, privacy settings, public links, and Dom/sub links.
- Use Dashboard for a quick overview of your current status and important shortcuts.
Dashboard
The Dashboard gives you a quick summary of your current session, recent progress, useful statistics, and quick actions.
If you are a Dom with linked subs, the Dashboard also shows a Dom overview with linked subs, locked subs, sessions ending soon, and the most important locked subs needing attention.
The Dom overview is a preview. If you manage many subs, use Show all locked subs or Manage Dom/sub links for the full management view.
Sessions
A session is a tracked lock period. A session usually has a start date, and may also have a scheduled end date, an actual end date, visibility settings, and optional games.
- Active session: a session that is currently still running.
- Scheduled end: the planned unlock date/time. The session is still active until it is actually ended.
- Actual end: the real time when the session was ended.
- Public session: a session visible to others or available through a public link, depending on your settings.
Orgasms / T&D
This section tracks orgasm and tease/denial history. You can use it for personal tracking, statistics, or shared accountability.
- Full orgasm: a completed orgasm.
- Ruined orgasm: an orgasm that is interrupted, controlled, or not fully completed.
- Milking: a separate tracked entry for milking.
- Dom orgasm: an orgasm entry marked as Dom-related.
- T&D: tease and denial activity.
Dom/sub links
Dom/sub links connect a Dom account and a Sub account. Depending on the accepted link and permissions, the Dom may be able to view or manage the Sub’s active session.
To manage Dom/sub links, open your Profile and use the Dom/sub links area. From there you can view linked users and manage existing links.
For Doms with many subs
The Dashboard only shows a practical preview first, so it does not become too heavy or cluttered. Use the Dashboard’s Show all locked subs button to expand the list, or use Manage Dom/sub links for the complete link management area.
Messages, chat, and gallery
- Messages: private conversations between users.
- Chat: public community chat.
- Gallery: public or shared images, depending on the site rules and your choices.
Privacy / visibility
Sessions and orgasm data should be treated as private unless you explicitly choose to make something public or share it through a link.
- Check visibility options before making sessions public.
- Only share public links with people you trust.
- Review your Profile settings if something appears more public or more private than expected.
Games
Games are optional session features that can add randomness, tasks, penalties, or extra rules to a session.
- Dice: random values used by game rules.
- Links: optional game links or actions.
- Luck: a random chance-based feature.
- Penalties: extra time or consequences added when game rules trigger them.
